Hi friends! Welcome to my page Healthy Keto Fuel! My name is Ryan and I have been living a modified keto and intermittent fasting lifestyle. Just from what I’ve been doing, watching and limiting my carbs (I don’t follow a strict low carb diet), doing intermittent fasting most of the week, making better food and lifestyle choices (by keeping keto in mind), and supplementing my diet with pure therapeutic exogenous ketones (this is one of my secret weapons), I have experienced great success in my health and body composition!
