So good! Chocolate-Peanut Butter Ketones Shake! Keeps me satisfied for hours.

1 cup almond milk
1 packet Keto NAT Swiss Cacao
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
Handful of ice

Quick & easy Keto Bread (less than 5 minutes to make). Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 1/2 tablespoons butter or ghee, or coconut oil (if you like coconut flavor)
Instructions
1) Mix all ingredients in a bowl
2) Pour into a small mug
3) Place mug into the microwave and cook on High for 90 seconds
4) Take out and let cool for a few minutes
5) Pop out of the mug and slice into 4 pieces
Enjoy on its own or with some butter! If you used coconut oil in place of the butter or ghee, you have coconut flavored keto bread! Good on its own!
Makes 2 servings (data below per serving - 2 slices)
Calories 270, Fat 27g, Total Carbs 3g, Fiber 2g, Sugar 1g, Net Carbs 1g, Protein 6g ⁣⁣

Healthy Keto Fuel

Hi friends! Welcome to my page Healthy Keto Fuel! My name is Ryan and I have been living a modified keto and intermittent fasting lifestyle. Just from what I’ve been doing, watching and limiting my carbs (I don’t follow a strict low carb diet), doing intermittent fasting most of the week, making better food and lifestyle choices (by keeping keto in mind), and supplementing my diet with pure therapeutic exogenous ketones (this is one of my secret weapons), I have experienced great success in my health and body composition! Join my on my journey and follow along. You can do this too! It’s not too hard, trust me! It’s kinda fun too. I still enjoy my wine and beer too.:) Plus enjoy treats when I’m not intermittent fasting!
