You are a powerful, masterful, creator of your reality! The first and most important step to calibrating your vibration is to cease resistant thoughts. Examples of resistant thoughts:
I don’t have what I want
I can’t get what I want
I don’t deserve great things
Life is hard
I have to prove myself
People don’t understand me
No one appreciates me; Not even me
The world is full of things I have no control over
I have to do extra to get ahead ....
This is just the tip off the iceberg! Thoughts like these can have profound effects on your life.
If you are having trouble feeling grateful (it’s ok, we’ve all been there) try to get neutral. Watch something funny, read something that is stimulating; cook some nice food. Ceasing the resistant (negative and self defeating) thoughts; even for a short while will start to shift your vibration positively. Look for the best feeling thoughts you have and stay on them like “white on rice” ..
THIS is undoubtedly the key to learning how to harness the law of attraction!
