Continuing to experiment with chia seed pudding! This batch was made with coconut cream, milk, sliced bananas and cinnamon Cinnamon is a great flavor addition and it may help reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels, too!
(Makes 2 servings):
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 3/4 cup of milk (soy, almond, cow)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
Mix together and let sit overnight in the fridge in a sealed container or jar. Top with banana or any fruit, and add a dash of cinnamon.
