Morning sweet Reiki Works fam -

It has been a long moment since I’ve been on instagram. It may been another long moment until I’m active on here again; the constant marketing I don’t have in me, and you all keep reaching out and scheduling so what a treat to serve you! •

I am proud to say I haven’t been on here much because I am applying and *fingers crossed* getting into medical school! This summer I’ve been writing 40+ essays, completing the MCAT and CASPer tests, and trying to rest inbetween. •
•
I completed my first interview from NSU-KPCOM one week ago. So thankful! They were the first place I told my family I could really see myself there, and the day of the interview I saw their mascot of a shark in the sky. Also looks like a dolphin for their location in Florida. •
•
I find out their decision in a few weeks, and I’m asking for all your kind prayers to be accepted there. Magic is everywhere and I feel very blessed to be on this journey and hope you will send your support. I’m ready to integrate Reiki with extensive medical training and service! 🙏🏼🤞🏼

URGENT! I haven’t been on here for a while and have been meaning to update but this is more pressing. My friend Des Polk has been missing for more than three days. She was in Belize, and was on a flight through Houston to get to Boston. was last seen in the George Bush Airport when she got off her first flight leg. She was supposed to get on a 9:40 am flight on Saturday but she hasn’t been seen since! No one can get in contact with her. •
•
Des is 5’1” - 115 lb - 23 y/o. Last seen with braids wearing a green shirt, jeans and a long sleeve shirt. •
•
Please god please if you know anyone in Houston, or any organizations in Houston, or people in power who could center this, please do something. Please share this post. •
•
If you see her! Call HPD Missing Persons - 832-394-1840. She has been entered into an international database for missing people. •

Pray that she is found, safe, healthy, alive and returns to her family and friends immediately. We want you back Des 🤎

In every choice, you take one step in destroying something and one step towards building something. •

For example choosing not to order from amazon is an active no to large corporations and an active yes to say local communities. Enforcing an active no enables a path to your yes.•
•
How am I going to get this thing I need? Well do I need it? Can I make it myself? Can I reuse something in my house for it? Can I buy from Craigslist or from my network? Can I drive to a local place to get it? Can I order it directly from the source or a handmade place like Etsy? Etc. •
•
Taking a stand against something is also making a stand towards something. Your choices are destroying and building all at the same time. •
•
Just something I’ve been thinking about as we begin the slow transition into a new reality: •

What am I choosing not to engage in? Where am I choosing to say no, no more? •
•
How is this no giving me my yes? What is my yes?

My friend made this tea blend for my family. I woke up early and put it on the table so when they all woke up they could come to the kitchen and have a morning blend waiting for them. Making this a new daily tradition 👏🏼

Have to admit these long distance treatments have shown me so much about the intelligence and strength of energetic healing - on a physical, emotional, and life level.
