A biggest myth about leading a low-tox (low-toxicity) lifestyle is that it's

👉🏼‘only accessible’ to those with higher incomes

This misconception deters us from making healthier and more environmentally friendly choices in our daily lives.
However, leading a low-tox lifestyle doesn't have to be costly, and many affordable options are available.

Here’s how I challenge these myths -

🙌🏼 Affordability of Natural Products: While some natural or organic products can be more expensive, there are plenty of affordable options available. Many basic, non-toxic items like baking soda, vinegar, or simple homemade cleaning solutions are budget-friendly and effective.

🙌🏼 DIY Solutions: This is FUN for many. Low-tox lifestyle enthusiasts opt for do-it-yourself (DIY) solutions for cleaning, personal care, and other household needs. These DIY alternatives can save money and reduce exposure to harmful chemicals.

🙌🏼 Prioritizing Values: This is very IMPORTANT.
Leading a low-tox lifestyle often involves making conscious choices based on your values and priorities. It's not necessary to replace every product with a more expensive, eco-friendly alternative. Instead, focus on switching to low-tox options for items that matter most to you and your family.

🙌🏼 Small Sustainable Changes: Take baby steps.
Low-tox living is about making small, sustainable changes over time. You don't need to overhaul your lifestyle all at once.
