To anyone else who feels like they have to "earn" their rest: this one is for you.

I used to think my struggle with boundaries was just a lack of discipline. But as a coach, I now see it for what it really is: an old survival strategy. We over-extend because we’re afraid that if we aren’t "on" for everyone, we’ll lose our connection to them.

It’s time to stop the spiral. 🛑

I’m diving into why we hustle, how to find the "art of leaving," and why being "silly and awkward" with friends is actually a top-tier wellness practice.

Why addressing our past isn't just about "feelings"—it’s about reclaiming our energy, our boundaries, and our time.

Hi everyone,

As I’ve been leaning deeper into the work of self-love and healing, I’ve realized that "inner child work" looks different for every single one of us. To make sure I’m creating the most helpful resources and coaching tools for this community, I’m doing a bit of heart-centered research.

I’ve put together a gentle Inner Child Reflection Form, and I would be so grateful if you’d consider filling it out.

This form is completely anonymous. I want you to feel safe being as open and honest as you’d like, knowing your privacy is protected. Your perspectives will help me better understand how to coach and support us all through the healing process.

We are all just kids in grown-up clothes trying to find our way home." 🤍

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the lessons we carry from our childhoods. For many of us, especially in families that moved here for a better life, "survival" was the primary language. We missed out on some of the softness or validation we needed because our parents were busy building the floor for us to stand on.

In my latest Substack, I talk about breaking the cycle of blame and moving toward a place of grace. We can’t change the past, but we can become the parent our inner child still needs today.

Healing isn’t just about looking forward—sometimes it’s about reaching back. 🤍

We all have a younger version of ourselves living within us. When that part of us feels seen and safe, our adult lives (and our relationships!) start to feel a lot more grounded.

I put together a short form to help you check in with your inner child. It’s a gentle way to see where you might need more play, more boundaries, or just a little more grace.

Not every day feels light and easy—and that’s okay.
Some days feel messy. Tender. A little too much.
And instead of pushing it away, I’m learning to pause and listen.
Because emotions aren’t problems to solve…
They’re messages.
Invitations to get honest about what we need.

So today, I’m checking in with myself.
✨ What am I feeling?
✨ What do I need?
✨ Can I meet myself there with a little more gentleness?

If you’re feeling a little “off” lately too—you’re not alone.
You’re not broken. You’re just human. And that’s more than enough.

📌 Save this if you need the reminder.
💬 Tell me: What emotion’s been knocking on your door lately?

Stress doesn’t always show up as panic or tears. Sometimes, it’s overthinking simple tasks, feeling drained for no reason, or snapping at people you love. In this post, we’re taking a gentle look at how stress shows up (even when it’s sneaky), what it does to our body and mind, and how we ca...

What’s your go-to move when you're stuck in life’s buffering mode?

▫️ Step away and pretend it’s not happening
▫️ Journal like I’m the main character in a coming-of-age movie
▫️ Push through because ‘grind culture’ won’t let me rest
▫️ Scroll endlessly and hope inspiration magically appears

Why do the small moments matter?✨

Because they are life. The golden hour glow, a song that takes you back, laughing until your stomach hurts—these are the things we remember.

The more we slow down and notice, the richer life feels. 🌿 So today, let’s romanticize the little things. Let’s live in the moment instead of waiting for "someday."

What’s one small joy you’re grateful for today? 💛

Life can feel overwhelming, but what if we made room for more lightness? Embracing play and grace in everyday.

What if life felt a little lighter? 💭

Think about a moment when you felt completely free—fully yourself, without overthinking or holding back. Maybe it was laughing with a friend, skipping down the sidewalk, or singing at the top of your lungs.

That’s lightness. And it’s always available to us. The question is: Will we choose it?

I’d love to hear—when do you feel the most playful and light? Share in the comments! 💛

Life can feel overwhelming, but what if we made room for more lightness? Embracing play and grace in everyday.

How can you bring more lightness into today? 🌸

It doesn’t have to be big. Sometimes, joy is found in the smallest, silliest moments:
🎶 Blasting your favorite throwback playlist
💃 Dancing like no one’s watching
🌿 Taking the scenic route just because

The little things add up. They remind us that life is happening now—not in the perfect, planned-out version in our heads.

✨ So today, let’s play a little more, stress a little less, and embrace the lightness.

Life can feel overwhelming, but what if we made room for more lightness? Embracing play and grace in everyday.
