❌ Weight gain is not a calorie problem. ❌
It's a hormone problem.
But here's what no one tells you.
It's not just about the weight.
Unaddressed metabolic dysfunction
is the root of chronic disease.
Heart disease. Diabetes. Dementia. Cancer.
Your body doesn't gain weight
because you ate too much.
It holds weight because something
at the metabolic level is off.
Insulin. Cortisol. Thyroid. Estrogen.
When those are out of balance,
it doesn't matter how little you eat
or how hard you work out.
Your body will hold on.
And disease builds underneath.
When those are dialed in,
your body lets go
because it finally feels safe to.
And you're actually preventing
what most people don't see coming.
That's metabolic health.
