Pre and ☺️🥰😎🔥

I've been trying to figure out the best time of day to fit my workout in. It's been a while since I completed a solid strength routine. The struggle is real for teaching 4+ hours of classes a day 🤯

I've been dialing back my teaching schedule a bit for my mental and physical health. Looking forward to hitting the gym more often. Gonna experiment with an evening program for a bit and see how that goes.

Oh yeah! I'll share the exercises from today's workout in a reel sometime this week.

2) Helps to increase flexibility and mobility in your midsection to mobilize and more freely move your spine.

3) Is super easy to do on a daily basis.

I hate that so many people have to constantly advocate for themselves in a system that values control over collaboration, homogeneity over diversity, and money over humanity. It's this constant vigilance that leads to exhaustion and exhaustion that leads to compliance.

It's hard to stay in it day in and day out, so I'm here to remind you.

You are worth advocating for ✊🏿
