I've been trying to figure out the best time of day to fit my workout in. It's been a while since I completed a solid strength routine. The struggle is real for teaching 4+ hours of classes a day 🤯
I've been dialing back my teaching schedule a bit for my mental and physical health. Looking forward to hitting the gym more often. Gonna experiment with an evening program for a bit and see how that goes.
Oh yeah! I'll share the exercises from today's workout in a reel sometime this week.
