NEW THERAPY GROUPS FOR TEENS AND ADULTS
(Self-Discovery Art Journaling Group)
- This group focuses on the theme of self-discovery through the visual and expressive art of journaling. Teens will develop a deeper connection with themselves and others through creativity, self-reflection and sharing. The group uses art, thematic prompts and conversation to facilitate a journey of personal and interpersonal growth.
(9th -12 grade only)
Meets six consecutive weeks for one hour starting Tuesday, Jan 20th, 4pm
Led by Chloe Borders, BFA, AMFT
(High School Seniors - starts in January)
- The final semester of senior year is filled with excitement and celebration, but can also be full of emotionally charged experiences in saying goodbye to friends, separating from family and entering the larger world of college and career. This short-term group will offer 12th graders an opportunity to connect with each other and discuss this unique period of life in a supportive environment with peers.
