Kids learn more than climbing when climbing, those trees more than walking when hiking, more than swimming when in water, more than hiking when in the mountains, more than biking when on the wheels, more than planting when tending to a vegetable garden, more than dogs when caring for a dog, more than riding when on a horse, more than hitting nails when building that treehouse, more than hang it on when swinging in that rope from the trees….!
How to handle ourselves, handle our body, handle our emotions, handle life itself, handle our coexistence with nature, handle how we can create and make things happen, handle our mindset…it can’t be fully learned, or learned at all, in front of a screen or behind a desk, or indoors in a circle.
The design that a human is, from birth and throughout life into old age, is made for movement and connection with nature!
The body is designed to be signaling to us what we need to be healthy, and symptoms are the body telling us what we are doing that is preventing it to heal and thrive, that we need to change! It’s an amazing tool to utilize as a helper! Instead, the western society muffle it with chemicals and poison, trying to numb the body so it doesn’t speak so loudly.
We are more energy than we are matter. Energy can transform, change shape, change pathways, change patterns. By redirecting energy, by releasing energy blocks, we can alter how the body performs.
This can be done in many ways:
We can add:
Movement, moving our body, especially outdoors with outdoors activities.
Drinking water.
Taking a shower or bath.
Walking barefoot in the grass.
Hugging trees.
Smiling, laughing.
Planting a vegetable garden or flower garden.
Hugging someone.
Playing with animals.
Having an energy healing treatment with Chirokinetic Therapy.
Deep breathing.
Eating high frequency, organic, healthy whole foods.
Meditating.
Uplifting high frequency music.
And more….
We can also alter our energy by eliminating energy disturbing factors like:
iPad screens,
mobile phones,
computers,
TV’s,
fast foods,
prepackaged foods,
sugar,
sweeteners,
sodas (also diet sodas),
low-fat foods,
chemicals,
sitting for hours,
overthinking,
low frequency music,
and many more….
Lifestyle is a major impact, when it comes to health. Health means every part of our being, we are not just body, we are body, mind, soul, they are all connected.
♥️ As children we develop at high speed. What young children do naturally, is accually a blueprint for how to live healthy lives. Down to body movements, forgiving, joyful outlooks, hugging, boundaries, etc.
It is the grownups that allow children to live with energy disturbing factors in their lives. The children are at our mercy. The next generations and their health, is in our hands.
We can make healthy choices for them ♥️🍃
