One of the best decisions I ever made was to marry Cyndy over 40 years ago! This picture shows me picking her up and carrying her down the aisle to the outside waiting car. I still have a strong memory of me seeing her walk up the aisle to the alter. I had complete tunnel vision, everything was blurry except her. Amazing experience!

Your brain is designed to protect you. When you attach to something, it assumes it’s good and works to keep you connected. When you detach, it assumes it’s bad and pushes you away. Sly and the Family Stone Tribute Band played last Thursday night at Moe's Alley in Santa Cruz, CA. My stepson Steve Adams - we love Steve! and two of his band mates Lebo and Ezra Lipp from ALO played with other amazing musicians. The band and the crowd was on fire! It was so good!

Sly and the Family Stone Tribute Band to honor Sly who died last June. So much fun at the HopMonk in Novato, California last Wednesday. My stepson Steve Adams is playing bass and his ALO bandmates Lebo on lead guitar and Ezra Lipp on drums. More to come!
