Exciting and let’s just say BOUT’ TIME!!!! Am I right? I have been wanting to add all of these special therapies that I use every day with clients but haven’t advertised them as a service. I try to bring a taste of one the deepest cultural/culture of Oaxaca/Mexico, from art and creating art through a, Alebrije to sipping and tasting a mezcal infuse fruit drink. And getting a taste of Mexico.i was inspired by one of my trips to Oaxaca, when I saw how rich in culture and history each time I tasted, saw or lived an experience and wanted to share it with friends and family.

Hello everyone and happy new beginnings! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and spent time doing what is nurturing to your soul.

I wanted to take a moment to share with you what’s new UNDER THE SUN 🌞 for it makes me sooo elated to share with you what I have been working on for you all… I will go into detail about it in another post but wanted to let you know that in honor of my birthday I will be announcing a special ethics class that is designed for all humans to enlighten us of the basic core ethic principles of what it means to be human. I know, sounds silly right? But if we want to create a better world we must start with using this principles for our own universe for it to reflect.
