Our sweet Aeverie, our rainbow princess, this year went by fast.

Aeverie is a great big sister to Aubrie, they love spending time together.

Aeverie wants to be a graphic designer, freelance artist and an architect. If you know Aeverie you know she loves art, books and movies, she has a great sense of humor and loves procrastination.

Our Queen is an official kinder graduate!

When she grows up she wants to be a mommy (see the last picture), a firefighter and a veterinarian.

She didnt have the easiest year with her health but she has grown so much this year! She learned her letter sounds & names, she learned to blend words which has made her more independent in learning to read. She made some really cool friends, and cultivated the sweetest relationship with her nurse. Her teacher is the sweetest, and I'm sad we won't have her as a teacher ever again.

Ditching school to hang out with family is a must (once in awhile). Yesterday was a success, Aubrie tried a new ride and loved it!!

We bring all of Aubrie's medical necessities, extra water, milk, syringes, pump, medications and emergency meds and her safe foods. We bring tones of wipes.

Morning fun watching our girls as they supported their school at the Run for the Arts fundraiser. Kinder was purple flair and 6th grade was tye-dye!

All kids got Popsicles after the run. I made sure Aubrie felt included and made her apple Popsicles and brought one to school where they stored it in the teacher lounge freezer!! Yay, I feel like I'm wining at this mom game!!

I did some epic s**t yesterday!! hosted a charcuterie class, and I had a great time learning the techniques to creating this beautiful board!!

A perfect breakfast with the perfect people surrounding me. The sky was clear and a beautiful blue, all the humming birds visiting dad's garden and stopping for a drink of necter.

Fun fact I learned today: at JD Flannel Donuts & Coffee], they don't use nuts because one of the owners has a daughter with a nut allergy.

It was a reunion type of day.

I had the pleasure of reuniting with a really great friend from my childhood . We did elementary, junior high, and some high school together. After high school, we went our own way as many of us do. Years later, I reconnected through , and I really wanted to see him. To my surprise, he was going to be in town and I had the honor to pick him up from the airport and have lunch (at ) with him as we caught up on the years we had no contact.

A friend is always a friend!!

I can't wait for our next meet-up.
