Creekside Transitional Care and Rehab has the pleasure of working with 2 wound care certified nurses. Because of the ONEclinical culture they’ve built together, knowledge is easily passed between nursing and therapy which (excitingly!) leads to increased healing for wounds, reduced hospital stays, and reduced infections.

With resolutions on our mind, we're thinking about the Westover Hills therapy team and their pilates initiative that's sees incredible results.

The goal for outpatient DOR Brady Donner, and DOR Nicole Rodriguez is for the therapy team to take principals of pilates and apply to ALF/ILF settings to improve overall outcome. Go Westover Hills!
