How TogetherCBD started
When my wife was 46 years old she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. It caught us by surprise, we were in shock and scared. 46 years young, beautiful and healthy. This is our first serious health battle. She was prescribed pills that we never heard off, with hard names to pronounce. They were not kidding about the warning on the label. These drugs did have side effects (headache, stomach pain, nausea etc...). These medical science doctor prescribed pills probably caused more issues and damage to her health, while trying to hopefully cure what she started out with. I remember her bravely, dealing with this psychologically stressful and its constant discomfort that lead to frustration. Affecting our daily life. In and out of pain for days at a time and nothing we can really do, but to try and live with it.
One day, her arms, hands, shoulder and back pain was more intense and unbearable, we had to have it checked out. This time around, she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Confused and in denial. Imagine now, we were more in disbelief and scared than ever. We needed answers for a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. A health condition that can't be cured.
Years had gone by and we searched and searched for answers.
Then Finally! A breakthrough.
