While our friends & community have been by our side along the journey, we're so grateful to the Press Democrat for sharing our story with the wider community. 🙏🏽

We hope that by sharing we can spark more empathy & understanding that the pandemic has affected some people much more deeply than others... inspiring a little more compassion in each of us.💞

If you have school-aged children, life has been far more challenging than for those who don't. If you're currently retired on a pension with health insurance, you're in a very different place than a new college grad stepping into a fragile future. If you own or work with a small service business or restaurant, your reality has been completely different than someone holding a government or corporate job. Reflecting, listening and getting outside of our own self-focused & limited reality is how we will begin to heal as a community, country and planet.

🙏🏽Our deepest wish is that we can move together from a place of fear & victimhood to a place of personal empowerment & responsibility. Give the single parent you know a hand. Be understanding when your local cafe has to raise its prices & limit its operating hours. Lend the staff of your local small business an encouraging word, your patience and kindness, knowing they are short-staffed and overwhelmed. Consider the exhausting & emotional toll it takes to close & re-open a business three, four, five times....

✨Life is calling upon us - all of us - to remember we're all in this together. May we all summon a little more curiosity, compassion and a spirit of contribution as we co-create a future that reflects our highest, best selves and fresh possibility. ♥️ Soulstice

As I pack up, sweep out and turn in the keys to our original and last-standing studio in Sonoma County I know that our closure wasn’t a result of the pandemic. Our business closed because we weren’t — in the government’s view — worth saving.

9 YEARS. 💕 Nearly nine years of so much love & healing happened inside these doors. Today — on what would have been our 9th anniversary — we’re closing our doors at our last-standing & original Soulstice studio.

I wanted to take a moment to honor our beautiful team, our story & the collective work of so many talented healers who came together within these walls!

Maurizia, Gina, Terrie, Carlos, Jenn, Suzannah, Olga, Jennifer, Christa, Rena, Karyn, Minna, Kristen, Deeann, Darien, Janet, Alicia, Marcie, Tarika, Nikki, Amanda, Nicolette, Tatum, Steve, Victoria, Nicole, Diana, Elizabeth, Autumn, Valerie, Joshua, Toni, Jessica, Peter, Jenn, Camden, Sky, Elraya, Lexi, Pauline, Arielle, Paula, Shannon, Alethea, Haley, April, Sierra, Christina and so very many others...

So much gratitude to our devoted members, clients and especially Roni, Tina and Janeen for your love & support for our work and our community all these years.

And most of all - thank you to the woman on the right La Reina Marshall- who has been by my side every step of our journey & each day embodies the strength, compassion, healing path and grace we try to share with the world. So proud to do this work together with you.
