We’re very proud of these flowers🌱 This summer we worked through some schedule changes that decreased the number of times we got to build each week, and we also battled the Texas Heat🥵…In light of this, some really great things happened. We gained a couple of NEW members…Jenna & Hannah…we are so glad you joined the team🤝😊 I also want to give a Shout Out to Tori, Gav, Aleks, and our summer intern Austin (and our new members😁) for the work they put into these flowers. We continue to move forward with our mission of helping our community😊🤝 PS, we have someone new who we’ll introduce to you soon!

It’s so cool when everything starts coming together!! Shout out to our team members Hannah, Jenna, and Austin for spray painting and distressing our flower pedals and shout out to Tori who is our sanding machine🤝💪🏽 Lastly, Thank you for the kind messages we received today offering us words of encouragement. We can visualize what this organization can be…we can see it, and it’s a sight to see🙌 How great would it be for our community to have a special place that offers such creative opportunities for others. We keep moving forward on this journey.

It’s too hot for our team to be outside, but we’re still gonna have some fun!!🍕🎮 Here in Texas we’re surpassing 100 degrees everyday. Our team is still on the hunt regarding finding our own indoor workshop. We have the heart, the determination, the team, the tools, the vision…we just need an opportunity…we need our own shop. If anyone in the community knows of a place that we could use, please let us know. Once we can secure a spot we can begin helping more of our community members and in turn can begin organizing a volunteer program. Please send us a message if you have any leads regarding a workshop. We are on a mission to create this special opportunity for our community, but we also know that we cannot do it alone.
