We just love flowers, spring and all things bloom! So I’m really excited about this month’s Make & Take April 25th. We will be making a Hello Spring 3D insert, a car air freshener with essential oils and learning a new frosting technique with some cute cookies. Come make some friends, or bring your girlfriends for a fun ladies night out.

It's time for dessert! These are super easy, healthy and so yummy! What's your favorite summer dessert?

Ingredients:
1 pound strawberries
1 (5.3 oz.) coconut Greek yogurt
1 drop doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
Desired toppings: cocoa nibs, sliced almonds, granola, etc.

Directions: Mix Greek yogurt with essential oil. Hull strawberries and fill with yogurt mixture. Top with desired toppings.

Get your chips out - this salsa is fun to make, and also Delish! Cilantro oil is one of those love it/hate it oils - which side are you on? https://www.doterra.com/AU/en_AU/blog/recipe-salsa

Ingredients
1 bunch coriander
3 cloves garlic
1 jalapeño
1 lime, juiced
⅓ onion
6 tomatoes
1 pinch cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 drop Cilantro oil

Instructions
Wash coriander, peel garlic, and cut jalapeño chilli in half, removing the seeds. Chop onion into several large chunks. Juice lime.
Place onion, garlic, jalapeño halves, and cilantro into blender. Blend until ingredients come together, still leaving the mixture mostly chunky.
Chop tomatoes into quarters, add to blender.
In a small bowl, add Cilantro oil, salt, and cayenne pepper to lime juice, mix together. Add lime mixture into blender.
Blend to desired texture. For chunky salsa, blend only for a short amount of time.

Being able to whip up a quick but delicious salsa is a skill that no one should be without.
