I have been a massage therapist for over a decade and a Energy Facilitator since my teen years. Drawn to the spiritual and universal energy I have mastered the ability to tap into different techniques and tools to help facilitate the process of your personal energy activation for each individual session. Starting as a massage therapist, I thrived in the energetic modalities and attuned to the healing hands techniques very quickly. Craving more, I found myself called into becoming an Usui Reiki Master, as well as a Multi Cultural Shamanic Practitioner. Along my journey adding Sound Therapy and Advanced Crystal Healing. I am a Relaxation Expert, Shamanic Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master, Crystal Grids, Breathing Coach, Sound Therapist and Master Massage Therapist. I choose a path of natural healing. I believe through healing body, mind, and soul we can become closer to a true balance in our lives. I deeply enjoy helping others feel good through different modalities, techniques and therapeutic touch. When a person feels good and connected then they can accomplish anything.

🪘 We hope you can join us for our upcoming Sound Immersion Classes - a unique meditative experience that uses different instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan brass bowls, handpan, gong, drums and rattles to help reduce stress and tension, restore balance and promote inner harmony. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and/or towel. This class is led by instructor Kristy Scarlett. You can register in advance at sanmarcostx.gov/goparks or stop by the front desk at the Activity Center and pay to drop in.
