A weight loss / wellness coach integrates health expertise with intuitive coaching this helps their clients reach and maintain their weight loss and health goals. Coaches do this by helping guide clients in selecting and prioritizing behaviors for the right reasons and make change to these behaviors by breaking them into small achievable steps.

Coaches also provide structure and solutions in areas that may be new; provide science-based recommendations during the change process; provide support and guidance with seeking support from loved ones and friends.
