While the air has been toxic in Norther California for almost a month now, the owners of Sol lux Alpha, designed and developed by Sarter Construction & Design, have been breathing freely and safely thanks to the continuous filtered ventilation and near air tight construction afforded by certification and Passive House building science methodology! Grid outage? No worries, as Sol Lux Alpha remains fully functional during grid failure events for living and transportation energy, thanks to it's design utilizing energy systems! ALL buildings should be built this way, going forward!
