FACT: There is no Law that REQUIRES you to show Identification or proof of Age to purchase Alchohol. There is NO LAW that requires you to show Identification when using a Credit Card, In fact its a direct violation of rules set forth in society. It implies that the CARD HOLDER is the only person Allowed to use that Credit Card. In Fact MAny Companies have credit cards they give to employees for expenditures when the amount of CAsh needed is not yet known. Its almost deliberately a convienient method of purchasing something or giving the power to someone else to purchase something without you having to concern yourself with that errand or need.
IT IS SIMPLY THE POLICY OF THE STORE OR OF THE INDIVIDUAL SELLING THOSE ITEMS TO PROTECT THEMSELVES. Understandable. 100%. Only Does Check Writing require 2 forms of identification . If someone sells you liquor and you are over age 21 there is no repercussion to the company or the person selling the liquor, except if its self imposed law by that company. a simple thing but CRUCIAL in making you aware that the STORE and the Seller have determined you are not of age or not to be trusted. THis is currently a Dangerous and ignorant policy being administered by pharmacies. WE always hear stories about how easy it is to pass fake prescriptions to pharmacists and somehow get away with millions of illicit addicting pharmacuticals and the exact opposite is true. Pharmacists repeatedly take it upon themselves to PROFILE the individual and determine wether or not YOU NEED THE MEDICATION. usually claiming they are out of the merdication or that they do not take prescriptions from that Doctor. IF THAT IS THE CASE, they are obligated to Contact that Doctor immedietly and VERIFY that they have been banned by the Pharmacy corporate office or the D.E.A to write prescriptions. Because the Danger of NOT filling those prescriptions is far worse than the possible yet very rare scenario you somehow got away with 10 pills you hadnt been prescribed. This is why it is usually clearly marked on the medication DO NOT ABRUBTLY STOP TAKING THIS MEDICATION. Siezures, PSyychotic behavior and Toxic shock are the result of these vigilante Pharmacists. Often at locations you and or your family have patronized for yars. its in the computer, its in thier darta base that you have taken those meds and that you clearly hVE ALREADY SHOWN ANY AND ALL PROOF YOU ARE NOT PRETENDING TO BE YOU. sO MAINLY TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THESE COMPANIES AND A WARNING TO THE CORPORATE OFFICES THAT PLACING THE MINIMUM WAGE EMPLOYEES INTO THE DANGEROUS POSITION OF LIFE AND DEATH DECISIONS IS malice...THIS is also very true OF ASKING EMPLOYEES TO ACT AS pOLICE OR sECURITY GUARDS FOR SHOPLIFTERS AND THIEVES. SINCE THE POLICIES REGARDING THEFT ARE VERY STRICT AND LEAD EMPLOYEES TO ARREST FOR HARRASING AND PHYSICALLY ASSAULTING PATRONS WHO HAVE NOT COMMTED A CRIME UNTIL THEY LEAVE THE STORE WITH THAT UNPAID ITEM AND EVEN THEN YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PHYSICALLY DETAIN THAT PERSON UNLESS ACCREDITED AND TRAINED IN SECURITY, AND EVEN THEN ITS A VERY DANGEROUS LEGAL ARENA TO TRY AND BE THE GOOD GUY FOR A BAD BOSS. THERE re many things you do need to prove identification for....multiple proofs. BUT any employee telling that it is the law is violating one by demanding it. they only have the implied law to refuse service to anyone. Thats exactly what they are saying if they request IDentification. that they dont want you as a customer.
Test me on that. Ive verified it from lawyer to Law enforcment. its not suggested you tempt fate but wat I am saying is 100%btrue in the sense that I.D. is not the LAW.rivacy. Exposing your information to anyone just for no real reason is like giving your address phone number age etc to a stranger.
