So many people are rediscovering tallow right now, and I truly love seeing that. This ingredient has nourished skin for generations. But I also feel called to share a deeper perspective, because not all tallow is created the same.

At TallowKind, how our tallow is sourced and prepared matters just as much as the final product.

Our tallow is mindfully sourced from grass fed, pasture raised cattle from my family’s regenerative farm, Lewis Land and Cattle, along with one other trusted partner farm that follows the same regenerative practices and standards we do. Knowing exactly where it comes from and how those animals are raised is something we will never compromise on.

Every product is made here in house. For the few items we partner with a local apothecary company to produce, we still supply the tallow and the ingredients ourselves. We started this branch of our business for a reason, and staying true to those roots will always be important to us.

Our tallow is slowly rendered from nutrient rich kidney suet to preserve its natural vitamin profile so your skin receives the deep nourishment it was designed to provide.

We never use chemical additives, waxes, stabilizers, or deodorizers. Just pure, unadulterated tallow the way it has been used for generations.

Every jar is blended and bottled right here in northeastern Kentucky.

With Easter weekend, I may or may not have gotten a little behind and intentionally limited my phone time to focus on family. Because of that, I’m extending the t-shirt pre-order through Wednesday, April 8.

Tuesdays are dedicated to homeschool outings and our delivery schedule, so Wednesday will be my day to finalize orders and tally the print.
