Uneven hips?
Stop throwing spaghetti at the wall with random stretches you’re not sure how to even do.
Instead stretch with intention. Hinges & squats are intentional and you can add different ways of doing it in your stretching.
It’s about intention.
Un-alignment comes from patterns, if we want different results we need to make new patterns.
