I’ve had so many clients give up their squats because their body just won’t anymore

One time I had a client ask me
“Will you even out my feet?”

At the time I wasn’t far into my stretch therapy career,
I told her we could try it and I wasn’t sure if I could.

But I worked on her hips, pelvis, low back.
At the end of the session we were both so excited!

Here’s what I started to understand:
A “short leg” is just movement imbalance
Do the movement work and the body starts to even out for you.
