Random stretching isn’t working because you’re focused on flexibility only

There’s more to it than people realize

Part of stretching to keep your body mobile as you age is having control over your movement

This means, can you move slow and keep a fluid motion?

If you don’t have control you don’t have stability

Think about a car being unstable, wobbly, etc. Your body doesn’t function well without it either.

Control > flexibility

After 30 everyone thinks their doomed to aches and pains.

There’s a welcoming party from others that feel it too.

If this is you. We are not the same. I had aches and pains at age 19. “Bad back”.

I’m grateful my fitness journey took me in route of mobility and movement first.

I truly don’t think it’s age, that’s just one factor in the whole picture.

You could be one mindset shift away to feeling younger in your body.

It’s all mental and the body is just a mirror of how we care for it.
