Uneven hips?

Stop throwing spaghetti at the wall with random stretches you’re not sure how to even do.

Instead stretch with intention. Hinges & squats are intentional and you can add different ways of doing it in your stretching.

It’s about intention.

Un-alignment comes from patterns, if we want different results we need to make new patterns.

The body is simple and complicated all at once. Go after the simple first!

Feel like you’re getting old? Your body doesn’t feel the same?

But if you died right now, would people say you “died so young”?

Saying you’re “too old” just gives up your power you have with your body.

We have so much power over our body…if we use it and connect to it.

Maybe you’re not old, maybe you just need more care.

I remember I stretched a man who was upset because I didn’t know my anatomy well enough.

He’d point and ask me what was in there. And I could picture what it all looked like, but memorizing names, nope, sorry!

He was a doctor and I eventually gave him to another practitioner.

So I suck at antimony, BUT I have studied movement, yoga, mind/body connection.

I teach you how to listen to your body and connect with it so that you feel like you’re in control of your own body.

We live in such a lucky time in the world that we have access to so many different things that either fuel our body or destroy it.

Choices we make for our body make or break it.

From a young age I fot obsessed with movement and how it can make me feel so much better.

Through a body that moves well allows me to experience the things I want in this life.

Extreme gratitude for a body that moves with me rather than against me.

If you’re tight, stiff, or in pain it’s your body telling you it needs attention.

Ignoring it now only makes it worse later. We can’t run away from it.
