You can lose weight. Do it gradually and the likelihood of you keeping it off increases dramatically
First….Set Realistic Goals. 1 to 2 pounds a week. Write your goal down and record it weekly. I find friday mornings to be best
2. Track Your Food Intake. Losing weight is one of the most honest processes you can engage in. You’re probably eating calories you’re not counting.
3. Lose the processed foods.
4. Use smaller plates. Chew a lot. Take your time.
5. Drink plenty of water. Sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger.
6. Cut out sodas, juices, and other sugary drinks.
7. Exercise. Make it a habit.
8. Sleep for at least 7 hours, generally.
9. Find a workout partner or a fitness coach/personal trainer.
