Hoping you're staying safe, breathing deep and taking some time to DYHN! Check out our very first DYHN-YOGA newsletter. I'd love to hear what you think, and what you might want to see in our newsletter, in the coming months.

I'm still working to get videos done; at least a few with my voice leading a class (pray for me LOL!). So, stay-tuned for my announcement on those. It WILL happen!

I so enjoy our Tuesday in-person classes and I invite you to our first October class, next Tuesday, October 4th - 7pm at The Rock. If you aren't already signed up for a class subscription, you can sign-up on my website: dyhnyoga.com. If you'd like to purchase drop-in classes you can also do that on the website.

As of late, I’ve noticed how my personal DYHN practice has become beneficial, when I’ve had to face-off with some challenging situations. I’m becoming more fluid in finding that place of stillness, peace and clarity in the middle of what may, in the moment, pose an opportunity for me to become unsettled, upset or uncertain. I love how our Father is ever present, and Holy Spirit is continually teaching us to hear and see Him in everything and in every moment. I am grateful to be a student.

Let me remind you that you’re valuable and full of Yahweh’s glory. You are a gift! He invites us to His table, because He loves us. It’s that simple.

You are always invited, and I hope you can join us Wednesdays, 7pm for DYHN Yoga.

Happy MAY! I have great expectation for this month, as we continue to deepen our practice and explore movement, alignment, strength and balance, in our DYHN-YOGA classes.

I am finding that the more I practice, the more joined I'm becoming to the authentic heart of my Father. He continues to reveal His heart towards me and His heart for humanity. OHH HOW HE LOVES US! I believe His heart is illuminated and ignited in us, every time we commit to time on our mats! He is an authentic God who draws us in to our own authenticity! I'm so grateful for this journey, and I invite you to join us for classes this month!

If you need to sign-up, just go to my website (located in my profile) to pick your plan or pay for drop-in classes. I would love for you to join us, this week, for one or more of our scheduled classes!
