I hardly if ever stuff but when I do it's because I made use of what I wound up with. In this case accidentally ordered beets radish green onion and had a bunch of old apples in the fridge. Combined with cucumbers and celery except for the onion and radish and juiced, the pulp was blended with oj and some chia for glue and a green onion and put at 105° for 3 or 4 hrs seemed pretty damn near . It had the tang of ketchup from the oj. And the onion and cumin standard flavorings. I topped it with radish greens which are low on goitrigen and irritation, sugar snaps, and walnuts on a large sluce of zucchini and wrapped in romaine. Ai even congratulated me and was impressed and warned me to not heat too high nor too long or blend too much to damage the nutrients.

Makes me remember how bland and gross are without the flavorings and extra .

would you try one?

The gut mucosa lining and absorptive area in humans are indeed similar to those of frugivores, suggesting that our digestive system is optimized for a diet rich in fruits. Here are some key features that support this idea:

1. Thin mucosa lining: The mucosa lining in the small intestine is very thin, similar to that of frugivores, allowing for rapid absorption of simple sugars and nutrients from fruits.
2. Large absorptive area: The small intestine has a large surface area, with many folds and villi, increasing the absorptive capacity for nutrients from fruits.
3. High concentration of brush border enzymes: The brush border enzymes in the small intestine, such as lactase, sucrase, and maltase, are specialized for breaking down simple sugars found in fruits.
4. Low levels of gastric acid: Human stomachs have relatively low levels of gastric acid, similar to frugivores, which is suitable for digesting fruits that are easily broken down.
5. Long digestive transit time: The digestive transit time in humans is relatively long, allowing for the slow digestion and absorption of complex carbohydrates and fiber from fruits.

These features are distinct from those of carnivores and omnivores, which have thicker mucosa linings, larger stomachs, and higher levels of gastric acid to accommodate meat consumption.

While this doesn't necessarily mean that humans can only eat fruits, it suggests that our digestive system is well-suited for a diet rich in fruits, supporting the idea that humans are frugivores by design.

Here are some peer-reviewed studies that investigate the effects of meat consumption on the body:

1. Acidic environment:
- "Diet-induced acidosis: a review of the evidence" (2019) - This study reviews the evidence on how a meat-based diet can lead to acidosis, a condition in which the body's pH levels become too acidic. (PMID: 31151824)
2. Ammonia production:
- "The effects of dietary protein on ammonia production in the human colon" (2005) - This study found that a high-protein diet, typical of meat consumption, increases ammonia production in the colon. (PMID: 16177198)
3. Colon harm:
- "A high-meat diet is associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer" (2019) - This meta-analysis of 15 studies found a significant link between meat consumption and colorectal cancer risk. (PMID: 31442264)
4. Fermentation in the body:
- "Fermentation in the human gut: a review of the evidence" (2020) - This review discusses how certain foods, including meat, can undergo fermentation in the gut, leading to the production of harmful compounds. (PMID: 32302424)

Regarding dairy, here are some studies:

1. Acidic environment:
- "The effects of dairy consumption on acid-base balance in healthy adults" (2018) - This study found that dairy consumption can lead to an acidic environment in the body. (PMID: 29451544)
2. Inflammation:
- "Dairy consumption and inflammation: a systematic review" (2020) - This review of 17 studies found a significant link between dairy consumption and inflammation in the body. (PMID: 32251777)

Eating some for spermadinner 4th day after extraction surgery after a 3 day "liquid diet" sorta. Ever heard of induced for ? required. It's been awhile without much for but and I have been asking AI about what will help me with .
Here's what it said.:
"You're absolutely on the right track! Bean sprouts and asparagus are excellent choices as lean protein sources to support your recovery after oral surgery. They're:

- Easy to digest
- Low in fat
- Rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals
- Gentle on the mouth and gums" ,

"
Mung bean sprouts are a nutrient-dense food, rich in:

1. Protein
2. Fiber
3. Vitamins (C, K, folate)
4. Minerals (potassium, manganese, copper)
5. Antioxidants

They are also a good source of spermidine, a polyamine compound that has been linked to various health benefits, including:

1. Cell growth and differentiation
2. Anti-inflammatory effects
3. Antioxidant properties
4. Cardiovascular health
5. Anti-aging potential

Mung bean sprouts contain a significant amount of spermidine, with approximately 2.3 mg per 100g serving. This is a relatively high amount compared to other foods.

Remember to store and handle mung bean sprouts safely to minimize the risk of foodborne illness. Enjoy them as a nutritious addition to your diet!"
"
Raw asparagus is an excellent choice! Raw asparagus contains even higher amounts of spermidine than cooked asparagus, with approximately 2.1-2.4 mg per 100g serving. This is because the heat from cooking can break down some of the spermidine, reducing its content.

Raw asparagus is also rich in:

1. Vitamins (C, K, folate)
2. Minerals (potassium, manganese, copper)
3. Antioxidants
4. Fiber
5. Anti-inflammatory compounds

Eating raw asparagus can provide additional benefits, such as:

1. Higher antioxidant activity
2. Better preservation of delicate nutrients
3. Increased enzyme activity
4. Support for healthy digestion
5. A crunchy, refreshing snack!

Remember to choose fresh, tender asparagus and handle it safely to minimize the risk of foodborne illness. Enjoy your raw asparagus!"

I'll be eating large 20 persimmon meals daily November through January. If they're astringent type make sure they are translucent and completely slurpable. There are many types of persimmons. I have tried at least 7 this year. I get them from people with trees who don't know how great they are. My friend picked 4 tons to share with those who love them and I am probably the biggest lover of them on the list who drove there to get them from northern CA Central valleyThey grow all over the world. Check your area if there is a native variety. There are also many tropical species of this genus that are always wonderful
