This class is a great compliment to your childbirth preparation class or to learn additional tools for subsequent pregnancies. You’ll learn easy ways to support your muscles, ligaments and fascia throughout the rest of pregnancy for a more balanced pelvis. Partners also learn ways to provide hands on support in labor.
