When this time of the year comes around you can usually find me clinging HARD to the last bit of summer; resisting the changing seasons with truly my entire being but for some reason this year I feel the complete opposite. After a busy busy summer spent with some wonderful families, the crisp mornings and shift in the air have me excited for more time spent inward, creating, brainstorming and cooking up some of my favorite soups 🧡

I’ve been a busy 🐝 lately with postpartum shifts, prenatal visits, nannying, (and getting in the ocean when not birthworking!), but wanted to give a quick update via some recent snaps I’ve taken.

1. Hanging out waiting for a virtual meeting with a potential client.
2. Some lactation cookies I made for a client last week! Packed with oats, nutritional yeast, flax seed meal and coconut oil to promote milk supply. Plus just a great on the go nutrient filled snack for busy parents.
3. Neon pink flowers that I’ve been very into on my morning walks. Anyone know what they’re called??
4. My most recent sewing project. Really happy with how this quilt coat turned out though it took me a min to finish 🥵 My first one of many I think/hope.. Perfect for the central coast June gloom that’s already begun. Pattern from
