I’ve been thinking a lot about motivation lately — how it comes and goes, and how hard it can be to keep momentum when life feels full…and also how- it doesn’t have to be hard!!

🤸 I remember when I first started doing yoga and I took a class that threw in handstands~ I was there to take better care of my body, mind & spirit- handstands seemed impossible at the time, especially when I was learning to meditate and learn to be more present.
❣️ BUT- when I gave it a try, I found that the attempts and practice of balancing on my hands brought me SO into the moment- a super powerful form of meditation that got me so invested in feeling into my body and experiencing a whole other type of bliss - by turning upside down and aligning my body inverted against gravity & experiencing what is not typical to our every day posture AND having fun at the same time….was extremely empowering & blissful.
🦋 It’s not about the pose- it’s about the practice & mental fortitude to connect to your body & the present moment.
….But it IS FUN! And absolutely possible to balance on your hands.

⭐️ 𝒟𝑒𝒻𝒾𝓃𝒾𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃: Intuition is the ability to understand something from instinctive feeling, rather than conscious reasoning. It can also be described as an instinctive feeling or gut feeling.

👆👆👆 ….This….there have been many times in my life that I ignored the ping in my gut that something wasn’t quite right…only to be validated later.
🫶🏻 Over the years I began to notice more and more this inner compass and wanted to deeply connect with it to better guide my decisions and actions. It took getting out of my head, de-cluttering my thoughts & seriously HYPER tuning in to my senses, gut and especially my heart. I realized that intuition is our deep knowing when something isn’t supportive or aligned with what it truly right for us and guides us towards what is - because sometimes we get in our own way, when caught up in our head- or moving too fast in life that we are distracted from tuning into our self.
💝 Tuning in to our Intuition can help to align us with our purpose…heightens the ability to know who is not good to have in our lives, and who is. AND can save our life.
🪷 Intuition isn’t our only guide- of course we also need to use our mind- (but not JUST our mind). We shouldn’t negate the fact that there IS this inner wisdom that can ADD to aligned decision making. It’s in all of us. It’s been huge in my life to listen, and I’m hoping to share this with you so that you too can give it some serious thought to tune into what your body is telling you in given situations. All for the sake of living our best, healthiest, happiest and PURPOSEFUL life. 💕

Hey y'all! If you got a voting ballot- fill it out and submit today at a local box! Today's last day; boxes close at 8. Many locations. It's an important election with a lot of great measures to make more money, reduce costs of living & more.

Helpppp! We are looking for a home for this precious Malinois 8 m/o puppy. She is SO sweet, cuddly and loving. These dogs are known for being super smart and playful. They are great family dogs, loyal and super easy to train. She’s well mannered, past her teething phase and just wants to be loved. She was found in a box and she deserves a good home! Please help spread the word, share this post and hopefully help to find her a good loving home. Please and thank you for your help. 💝

🫸 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙃𝙔?!
🫣 If we want to stop procrastinating, want to increase our productivity, want to become our best self AND accomplish our goals - we have to look at our relationship to avoidance.

🙌 Avoidance to me feels like I’m “hiding”….wanting at all cost to not have to face the situation that feels, at times- gut wrenching. Conversations we don’t want to have- let’s avoid it. Decisions we aren’t ready to make yet- let’s avoid it. People we feel a type of way about- let’s avoid it. While avoiding the thing- may seem safer than facing the situation , let’s face it- avoidance ALSO feels crummy.

🤔 But avoidance is also an indication that there is room to GROW!!! Maybe we don’t want to have that conversation because we need to work on our conflict resolution skills. Maybe we’re avoiding that task because we need to learn to organize more- OR build patience.

🙌 I REALLY think working out patterns of avoidance will 1,000% change your way of being, seeing & living your life. No more letting things pile up…No more anxiety around conversations or expressing how you feel…No more missing deadlines because we avoided…Wouldn’t that be AMAZING?!
Invitation to lean into this…see what you can learn and replace avoidance…It’s going to be uncomfortable at first- another reason we avoid…But get COMFORTABLE with the uncomfortable - and you’ll be SO surprised at how much more you can manage in life- with ease.

🫛 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗮 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗧! 🌎
✨ I was reflecting earlier in the day on a past time where I used to feel small, act small & think small…and well, I am a fairly petite lady - I’m talking about 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮.
🫶🏻
✨ Some of my experiences early in life shaped my ability to shrink…I just naturally felt like the smallest person on the planet with very little power, voice or confidence.
🫶🏻
✨ One day yearsssss ago, I realized that this self perspective was what was stopping me from truly expanding my life into what I truly wanted it to look like AND who I truly wanted to be. I decided to make peace with those early life experiences and people that made me want to shrink. My shyness turned into boldness. My anxiety turned into confidence. My fear turned into courage. My dreams turning into actions. My energetic roots grounding while my spirit soared high.

✨ This is just my story- but if it resonates with you, my message is : We don’t have to play small…feel small…think small…or shrink ourselves down for ANY reason…we CAN confidently step into the person we truly want to be…no matter what has/will/can happen…No matter what anyone says or how anyone makes you feel. Let yourself SHINE and let others SEE you in all your greatness and glory!!! 💝
