It has changed since then. This room is now jars of medicinal oils, alcohol that we distilled and so much more.
I have 45 different varieties of herbs all hand harvest. 500 lbs of herbs stored in a cool place.

I don’t call myself an herbalist. I’m self taught. Always a student in this bountiful time.
I love reading books and I read (observe) nature.
-
Lots have changed since 2017
as a forager. Wild herbs in The Sierra Foothills are decreasing due to insufficient rain and snow.
-
So getting your hands on ethical wildcrafted medicine is pure gold.
-
I believe that if we participate more with our bodies outdoors we can heal, remember and come home to our nature self.

Never did I thought, I would be sharing this. I'm vulnerable to share this sacred medicine that I have been honing intuition since I was a child. I don't like to label myself as a psychic but I give very indepth reading in the realms of compatibility in relationships, life path and more. People may ask..."well how did you get into palm reading?"
-Well..great question! ☺
It happened to be a day I was giving a matchmaking, compatibility reading and my client palms were grabbing my attention and I felt that spirit & myself was able to tune in to the mapping of her hands.

Giving thanks to all the healing I've been receiving in this phase of my life. Taking the reign to support my health and showing up.
I am grateful for this open container to offer my gifts, to hold and heal together as a collective

*I am a body worker and enjoy intuitive touch with a mix of meridian and thai massage. (I use energy work and my voice to sing in sessions)

* I also offer Chakra Balancing to remove blockages in the energetic field, which I highly recommend if you have been feeling stuck from being overwhelmed at work or in your family or you just need a tune up. In this work I use hypnosis and energy work to guide stuck emotions to strengthen the Chakras. It's deeply moving and I enjoy working with the psyche to support the body.

Finally today out of all days, I put the book down and did something that I normally don't do.

See..I've been struggling..hard core..pain staking tripping on my self worth, low self esteem, codependency for validation..blah blah..blah.

Creator had designed me to feel ecstacy but I've made so much excuses around my sexuality. Framing my belief that I have low libido. (Maybe it's true)
There's never enough books to cure my anti touching myself and liberating wounds from sexual abuse and shame.

Until, I took it into my own hands today. (Yes, these hands)
Too give me what I so needed for so long.

How to receive the last bit of Winters Medicine. As Spring arrives, have we actually went into hibernation? Have we taken the time off, from work or created sacred silence?

It's easy to acknowledge Spring but have you had a chance to grieve for not giving time to close the blinds and go inwardly?
*
I'm at a tender moment as I shared in my circle yesterday morning that I have sadness that the snow didn't keep me in.
*
Our society is conditioned for Spring and Summer seasons. Afraid that a bad weather will ruin any engagements.
*
Sorry to be that type of news... unfortunately this winter has not been our best. Rain and Snow didn't last long, drought & wild fire is real.
*
Healing did not take place in the deep mystery of the darkness & cold by the fire to keep me warm and rested.
Instead, I was restless waiting for the next rain drop to clear & dissolve energetics around me, within me.
*
And, yes.. my healing did occurred in different ways.
Our collective is in disharmony: low self-esteem, fear, violence, jealousy, ego...
By, harnessing natures natural cycles, it gives us another element too dive deep, transformative and transcends to the next "season."
Water, rain & snow is our biggest allies,therefore we need to be her biggest defender, celebrate her, sing to her.
*
With that said, I will write a letter to Winter and reflect how I am still very grateful to witness and feel her strength and medicine..to not take her for granted & to pray for her to return longer in the fall & winter months. To give all of life a chance to grow and release.
