This is how I fuel my body! I take a few minutes to prep real food. That is so delicious. I’m not tempted to reach for the junk. I feel good. I feel strong. I feel happy when I eat like this. I Che k this with every client. We track how much fiber you are taking in every day. Depending on your hormone troubles, your gut health situation and your health goals, we can adjust this number.

But if you are dealing with anxiety, with severe stress or sleep issues, likely your gut isn’t nourishing, processing and protecting the way it should. That will lead to all sorts of things being out of balance.

I love having a hybrid work space. I see some clients in person and many on zoom. But either way my job is a great one because I get to help women find strength through struggle, lower anxiety and live the life they want, find the sled and learn to love the body they were gifted, healing and becoming stronger everyday!
Plus I get to hang out with my dobie clan.
