•Bottoms-Up KB Carry 3x200m
•Single-Arm Overhead DB Squat 3x8 (each side)
•Sandbag Crossover Lateral Step-Up 3x8 (each side)
•Medicine-Ball Overhead Walking Lunge 3x200m
•Barbell Good Morning 3x15
•Reverse Lunge to Single-Legged Balance 3x15 (each leg)
•Banded Single-Legged Romanian Deadlift 3x15 (each leg)
