>10:1 Client to Trainer ratio during our 45 min circuit training/cardio sessions
>Nutritional guidance
>Body composition tracking and analysis monthly (Hip to waist ratio, body weight, body fat%)
>Strength & Stamina field testing monthly (done by UCLA Exercise Science Staff)
>Small team "friendly competition" (teams of 4 will compete against each other each season which is 3 months long) Points are based on Body Composition improvement, Strength gains, and Stamina improvement.
>Charity Classes will be held one Saturday a month where 100% of proceeds will go towards a local charity (ie: Second Harvest) Friends and family are welcome for this workout. Body Composition measurements will be offered for those that are interested.
>Seminars offered monthly to all clients presented by Fit Limit Trainers and we'd offer the opportunity to Iron Gym trainers as well. All trainers are welcome to offer their one-on-one service to those attending the seminar.
>Additional service for metabolic testing, anaerobic testing, VO2 testing, blood panel analysis, stress test given by UCLA Cardio Pulmonary Doctor at UCLA Kinesiology lab
