Can’t make it? We recommend meditating to her latest single, “i am not afraid (creation mantra ).” It’s a 15-minute mantra that’s perfect for beginners. Find a comfortable spot, put your headphones on, close your eyes, and let the healing frequencies of the sound bowls and her voice guide you inward!✨
