I tried to do 80 Day Obsession again, but I failed. I got about 22 days in and didn’t wanna do it anymore. AND THATS OK!🤷🏼♀️💁🏼♀️
I did other workouts and I was more lenient with my eating. I decided to start the 2B Mindset, did that for about a week and stopped.😏😂 (I plan on starting 2BM again tho)👌🏼
I’m still healthy. I’m still active. I’m still a role model. It’s all an experiment. It’s all life.🙌🏼
For a bit I felt bad about it. I felt like I wasn’t a good coach for the women in my wellness group. I felt lazy. I felt like I failed. But to be honest I think I set myself up to fail. I had already committed 3 months the first time around to 80DO, so to do that exact program again for another 3 months was just too much!🙅🏼♀️🚫
So, if you’re reading this and you gave up on something, you failed, you quit, etc. WHO CARES!!! You’re human. Move on. Restart. Continue where you left off. Do something different. Just KEEP GOING. You are a badass. You are smart. You are worthy regardless!✨✨✨
