I had such a big “aha moment” after a coaching call this week… and honestly, I wish someone told me this years ago.

So many of us are trying so hard to be “perfect” with food — eating only what we should, treating food like fuel, and then feeling guilty the moment real life happens.

But here’s the truth I want you to really take in:
stress around food isn’t healthy either.
Cortisol rises. Sleep suffers. Cravings intensify.
And suddenly “healthy eating” feels overwhelming instead of nourishing.

Food is meant to be enjoyed.
Healthy routines are meant to feel good.
And joy? Joy is part of true wellness.

Choose foods you genuinely love.
Make recipes that excite you.
Let eating well feel joyful — not restrictive.

And when you do enjoy that special dinner, dessert, or night out?
Please don’t punish yourself.
Just return to your routine with love: your multivitamin, your greens shot, your smoothie… and move on.

80/20 (or 90/10) is the magic.
Food isn’t just fuel.
It’s connection. Pleasure. Culture. Nourishment for the soul.

Here’s your reminder today:
Find joy in what you eat. Your body feels that.

Eat Plants. Feel Alive.

We are home in Hawaii - it feels so good :) vanilla protein is produced, collagen support arrived in the warehouse… new projects are unfolding will share more about them next week :)

3 things I do daily to gently remove heavy metals from your body — no extremes, just smart detox habits that work 🌿

1. 🌱 I Take Greens That Bind Toxins
