So much fun yesterday at my meditation and creativity workshop ! I didn’t get a chance to get a photo of everyone and their art but this is a good peek. There is something so special and freeing about using the yoga and meditation to drop stress and negative mind and then just playing with imagery .. without judgments. Since images speak so deeply to the unconscious mind it’s ALWAYS surprising and revealing. I’m super grateful to everyone who joined in and look forward to more events like this.. I had the best time this morning subbing .khalsa ‘s class ✨ It was her deep meditation class and so we dived deep in to pranayam 🌬 I love pranayam because it makes you feel AMAZING⚡️Imagine if we were all taught about breathing and what power it holds ? Most crucially underrated yet indispensable activity ever !!! 🌪 pic is one of my random favs .. Tej and I souvenir shopping in Russia ..😆

KITTY DIAMOND CAKE 😻💎🍰 this mandala was the first in a series I made a few years ago - the first ones I ever made actually, pre .yoga days 🌀 I love the mandala form because it’s ancient , hypnotic, powerful and fun ! I like to play around with symbols... I feel like this one really shares who I am inside 😹 what would be in your mandala ? The Spring Equinox is a powerful window of time to activate the growth of the new
season, awaken your creative self and set new intentions. We will open the energy through us using Kundalini technology and then we will enter the playful realm of collage art. Collage art is an intuitive and freeing medium to explore our creativity and allow the soul to speak through symbols. We will use intention to create personal inspiration portals and have some fun in the process. Please bring scissors and old magazines if you have them. No prior experience necessary.
