Quick breakfast question for parents.

Many people avoid cereals and pancakes because of the sugar. So what should kids eat?

One simple option has been around for generations.

Eggs provide protein, healthy fats, and key building blocks for growth.

Do your kids eat eggs for breakfast? YES or NO 👇

You're not making it up. You're not "just stressed." And you're definitely not crazy.

When your body reacts to everything… foods, smells, weather changes, supplements that are supposed to help… that's not random. That's your mast cells firing on overdrive. And most doctors aren't even looking for it.

MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) is one of the most overlooked conditions I see in my practice. People come in after years of being told nothing's wrong, when everything feels wrong. The good news? Once you understand what's actually happening, you can start working with your body instead of against it.

I break it all down in this week's podcast. What MCAS is, why it gets missed, and what you can actually do about it.

You already know what needs to change.

For most people, the gap is not information. It is ex*****on.

Motivation fades. Discipline fluctuates. Patterns repeat.

Real change often begins when someone holds you accountable to the area you keep postponing.

Stop going solo.

Have you ever moved faster with accountability? Comment YES or NO 👇

If you've been bouncing from doctor to doctor with a list of symptoms that don't seem to connect, this one's for you.

Flushing out of nowhere. Gut issues that won't resolve. Brain fog that makes you feel like you're losing yourself. Heart racing for no reason. Exhaustion that sleep can't touch. Sound familiar?

These aren't separate problems. They're all part of the same picture, and it has a name: Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.

Your mast cells are supposed to be part of your immune defense, but when they start misfiring, they flood your system with chemicals that create chaos across your entire body. The tricky part is that most conventional doctors aren't even looking for it.

The good news is that once you know what you're dealing with, there's a real path forward. I'm breaking the whole thing down on the latest episode on The Health Made Simple Show.

Most people with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome have no idea that's what's happening. They just know something is off.

Random hives after a meal that never bothered them before, gut issues that no elimination diet can fix, brain fog so thick they start questioning their own memory.

And every doctor says the same thing: "Your labs look fine."

Here's what they're missing: your mast cells are part of your immune system. They're supposed to protect you. They release histamine and other chemicals when there's a real threat.

With MCAS, those cells lose the plot. They start firing at everything. Foods, stress, temperature changes, even your own hormones. And because the reactions show up differently every time, it looks random. It looks like anxiety. It looks like IBS. It looks like "maybe you just need to relax."

It's not random. It's not in your head. And it's not a life sentence.

When you understand what's actually driving the chaos inside your body, you can start calming it down. That's the difference between managing symptoms forever and actually healing.

Awareness is step one. The right testing is step two.

but your body keeps saying something is wrong.

Brain fog.
Random anxiety.
Skin reactions.
Digestive issues.
Heart palpitations.

Sometimes these symptoms look unrelated until you understand how the immune system works.

There is a condition called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome that many people are living with without realizing it.

MCAS is one of the most misunderstood conditions out there. And if you have it, you already know the worst part isn't the symptoms. It's trying to explain them to someone who's never felt their body react to everything and nothing at the same time.

So here's your cheat sheet. Save it. Send it to that person who needs to understand what you're going through.

Your mast cells are supposed to protect you. They're your body's alarm system. The problem isn't that the alarm is broken. It's that it's stuck on high alert, firing off when there's no real threat. That means inflammation, reactions, and symptoms that look like a dozen different conditions all at once.

IBS. Anxiety. Chronic fatigue. Migraines. Fibromyalgia. MCAS can mimic all of them, which is exactly why so many people get bounced from doctor to doctor without answers.

The goal isn't perfection. It's regulation. Calm the mast cells. Support the gut.

Stabilize the nervous system. That's the path forward >>>

You're not broken. You're blocked.

âž¡ Comment "ME" if you've been dealing with this. You're not alone.

Stop thinking of adjustments as "treatments." Start thinking of them as input to your nervous system.

Every time you get adjusted, you're regulating your nervous system. Pressure comes off, muscles relax, your body rebalances, and THEN healing happens. That's always the goal.

Here's the thing though: that input is competing with every other input in your life. How you move, how you eat, how you think, your stress, your old injuries. All of it.

Some people walk in, get one adjustment, and feel like a million bucks. That happens. When a problem has been building for years, layers of negative input stacking up, it often takes consistent input to unwind it.

So if your chiropractor recommends multiple visits, that's not a sales pitch. That's your nervous system needing repetition to heal.

The power that made the body heals the body. We just have to give it the right input, consistently enough to let it do its job.

We spend so much time chasing health when it goes wrong.

What if we started by simply being grateful for what's already working?

Your body is doing a million things right, right now.

Taking care of it isn't a chore. It's a thank you. Overflow in that today.
