Each body is different, and every person who walks through my door comes with something unique.
When I say I put my heart into my work, I truly mean it.
If I’m not making herbal compress balls, adding something new to my treatment room, or creating custom skincare, I’m learning. I’m always studying and refining so I can better serve the people who trust me with their care.

When I went back to massage therapy school, I didn’t realize how deeply it would change my relationship with my own body.
Bodywork is more than just a feel-good massage.
It supports the nervous system, encourages lymph flow, and can help maintain mobility as we age. It also reminds us that we’re allowed to slow down and sit in stillness.
But the most meaningful shift for me has been this:
As women, we’re often taught to care for everyone else first.
Bodywork becomes a quiet invitation to come back to ourselves.
To reconnect with our bodies.
Sometimes the most powerful shifts are the subtle ones.
