Dear Students,
Happy New Year!

For 25 wonderful years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding you on your yoga journeys. Together, we’ve shared moments of growth, peace, and connection, and it’s been a joy to see this community flourish. Yoga has been more than just a practice for us—it’s been a space for support, healing, and transformation.
However, I need to share something important with you. As much as I love teaching and being here for you, our class attendance has been lower than it needs to be to keep this special offering going. If we’re to continue building this practice and sharing these moments together, we need your support by showing up to class.
I know life gets busy, and sometimes it’s hard to make the time. But remember, yoga is a gift you give to yourself—a time to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. By attending, not only are you prioritizing your well-being, but you’re also helping sustain this community that has been a part of so many lives for so long.
If yoga has ever brought you strength, peace, or joy, I encourage you to come back to your mat and help us keep this practice alive. Let’s work together to ensure that this community thrives for years to come. We have the month of January to make a difference. If the class size does not increase, I will have to leave Grace, as I am currently paying them more money than I am taking in to rent the space.
I deeply appreciate your dedication and presence over the years, and I hope to see you in class soon. Together, we can ensure that this journey continues.

It's time to roll out my mat again !!

I want to give y'all a big, heartfelt Thank You for all your kinds word and support during these past few weeks!!🙏🙏🙏 I cannot tell you how much it has meant to me....

I have missed you!! As my healing has begun, it is now time to unroll my mat and begin teaching my regular Yoga schedule,

I have to roll up my mat for a few weeks !!

Wow!! This year is bringing us challenges, but also an opportunity to find gratitude... I am challenged with the great pain I've been experiencing, but am so grateful for all the support I have received.

Tuesday April 2nd I am going to have to have my spine fused in the cervical vertebrae and have 2 synovial cysts removed from my spinal cord. I have experienced extreme pain with this situation, so I am trying to have it corrected.
Because the surgery is complicated and long, I will be off my yoga mat for a few weeks.

With this procedure, I will not be able to drive for a few weeks... thus cannot get to Saint Helena to teach in person.... BUT we can have zoom classes from my studio! I will be out of commission for all of next week, am hoping we can pick back up on Tuesday April 9th with the zoom format....I'll keep you posted.

Hello Everyone,

Wow, the holiday season starts this week! Just wanted to let you know the schedule for Yoga at Grace:

This week, there will be class tonight, Tuesday November 22nd, no class on Thanksgiving day. Zoom class Saturday November 26th 11:30am. Go to elementalharmonyyoga or Venmo me @-Helen-McGee-4 to register.

Regular schedule for December until the week of December 20th, no class on Dec 24th. The Yoga Gods aligned this year so we won't miss too many classes during a stressful time of year.

I am so grateful that you support these classes!! Wishing you a joyful and love filled holiday season....
