I want to gain real control over my eating habits.
Not through force, but through awareness and energy.
Last year I went 41 days without food, including 7 days without water. After that, I rebounded hard and slipped back into old eating patterns while trying to regain weight. It was a clear lesson. Pushing too fast doesn’t create stability.
So now I’m doing this differently. Slowly. Methodically. Sustainably.
I’ve moved from eating everything, to vegetarian, to keto, and now to raw keto. The goal is not restriction, but learning how to hold energetic balance and reduce dependency on food over time, possibly even moving toward pranic nourishment.
