everyone meet my client corina!

a bit corina’s story: she has recovered from a number of tumor removals. after one of her removals she suffered by not being able to move her entire left side of her body. through her own rehabilitation she has recovered almost 95% of her movement. i work with her now and our goal is restore 100% of the movement through use of rehab training , resistance training, and mechanics.

her faith in God is admirable and her will to stay positive and keep going is awesome! take a page out of her book and start living now. 💪

Hi everyone I’m sunnie! i do things a bit differently here in the RGV. I offer personalized mobile personal training primarily for women and youth athletes, designed to make fitness simple, supportive, and accessible. I travel to you—whether that’s your home, a local park, or a track—and provide all the equipment needed for each session. With over 4 years of professional training experience and over 10 years of athletic and sports performance knowledge, I’ve worked with clients ranging from ages 9 to 60. I focus on strength training, conditioning, weight loss, and athletic development in a safe, encouraging environment—so all you have to do is show up.
