We are always working hard to make impactful changes for our residents, and we have received a lot of positive feedback this year from our residents and families! Here is a comment from one of our current residents that have been with us for quite awhile now! We truly appreciate the kind words, Bob.

"I wrote this letter to Brad the executive director of this facility and it expresses the feeling of many of residents here 

Dear Brad,

I don’t often think about how oyou stepped in and took over the reins of this facility — but I do recognize what a difference your leadership has made.

The previous leadership left a lot to be desired, especially when it came to cleanliness and attention to detail.

Since assuming the position of Executive Director, both staff and residents alike have noticed the positive changes, and I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much you are appreciated.

From where I sit as a resident, it’s clear that many of the things you’re doing now simply weren’t done before. Your presence, your care, and your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

You’re considered by many as not just an administrator, but a friend — and that speaks volumes about the kind of person and leader you are.

I’ll leave you with this phrase, which I think fits you perfectly:
