Are you often caught in the cycle of perfectionism and overwhelm and “forget” to simply receive joy and pleasure from life?

I know I get caught in this often. But I remember who I am at my core when I practice bringing more pleasure into my life.

This is a workshop for the woman who desires to embody her most radical aliveness and pleasure. It is for the one that wants to live fully expressed as the magnetic, receptive and feminine woman that she already is.

We have been so conditioned in our society around our beliefs and behaviors around s€x, most of which is false, harmful, misunderstood, and filled with shame ( especially if you don’t do it in socially excepted ways)

I’m glad we are opening and expanding a little bit, becoming more accepting peoples expression of who they love and how they love. But we are a very long way from truly experiencing the magnitude of beauty and bliss and magic and spiritual connection that sacred s€duality can offer.

I’m only scratching the surface with my 2 years of Ta**ra training. I am so eager to dive deeper and know more. Feel more! Become radiantly alive with this powerful energy!

I teach people how to tap into this energy.

Ta**ra is an ancient tradition or philosophy, one of the oldest forms of yoga. Its main idea is that every little thing in our existence is an expression of divine intelligence/creation consciousness/universal energy//God! (Whatever you wanna call it.) That everything is sacred and can be a pathway for enlightenment.

This includes our pleasure, our desires, our bodies, our s€xuality. When viewed with love and acceptance or even holy, it can change your life.

It is quite indescribable, this Shakti/Kundalini awakening that has been happening in me for the past few years. If I tried to explain the feelings, sensations, and experiences I have been having in my 54 year old body, it would sound like I am on some sort of psychedelic drug, or having a profound spiritual experience or magic!!!

All that I have experienced was produced by breathwork practice, sacred sexuality awakening, meditation, visualization, awareness, and spiritual connection. The VITA coaching method is a powerful journey for self discovery.

I started studying Ta**ra and Sacred S*xuality two years ago. First with Urban Ta**ra, then with VITA/Layla Martin. I am absolutely dedicated to this Ta***ic life and want to learn more and more.

I am eager to share this work with as many people possible.Through coaching, retreats, workshops and more.
