Starting to feel like I’m making some progress! Workout felt much better yesterday, and I’m up to 180lbs.

Still progress to be made. I’m still not close to touching the same weights I was before, and my recovery sucks. Before I had Covid, after about a minute of rest after a set my heart rate would be down below 100. Now, after 2-3 minutes I’m still above 120.

I know it will be a long and slow process to get back where I was, but I’m excited to start seeing some progression.
