Ever wanted to try Reiki?
Reiki is a healing modality based with healing, love and peace. Reiki is a positive interaction using the energy around us.

I love working with the main seven chakras in our bodies located along your spine.
I do enjoy working with the chakras

The Root chakra:

Located: at the base of your spine

Color: red ❤️

This is where feelings of grounding, foundation, safety and security are held

When out of balance we can feel:
Flight or fright, disconnected, anxious, restless, and insecure.

Things you can try:
Spend time in nature, journal feelings, practice grounding yoga poses, a grounding meditation, eat root vegetables, Reiki, and walk barefoot outside.

Root chakra affirmations:
I am grounded, secure, and safe.
I am deeply connected to the Earth.
I am stable, strong, and healthy.

Stones for the Root Chakra:
Red Jasper, Garnet, and Ruby

Patchouli, frankincense, sandalwood, and cedarwood

The universe is letting you know that there are some adjustments that might be needed. What you are doing right now is not completely working. You need to step back and see what adjustments or changes need to be done for a certain situation.

If you are holding onto something toxic, that needs to also be let go. Those energies are no longer serving your highest good.
