Rudolph Community and Care

Rudolph Community and Care Join the RCC team today! We are a family owned company that employs over 100 direct care workers.

Rudolph Community and Care (RCC) enables near-independent living by providing customizable care with-in the traditional Adult Foster Care model. RCC's approach to near-independent living was born from 25 years of Adult Foster Care experience. The RCC founders observed and worked with many people who needed some level of help at home, but didn't need 24 hour in-home care; from this first-hand experience, the RCC model was designed. RCC partners with the individual, families, guardians, and county officials to deliver highly customized in-home care. RCC is thoughtful, thorough interviews to ensure every client receives the personalized care they need and ongoing evaluations to allow for immediate or gradual change.

It’s International Day of Persons with Disabilities! Today, we’re celebrating the strength, creativity, and unlimited potential of every individual, regardless of ability. 💙

This day reminds us that true inclusion benefits everyone. It creates communities where accessibility is the norm, workplaces that value diverse perspectives, and societies built on compassion and understanding.

At RCC, we have the privilege of witnessing incredible resilience and possibility every single day. We see individuals thriving in environments designed around their unique needs, goals, and dreams. We see families working alongside us to create meaningful change. And we’re reminded that when we refuse to give up on people and commit to individualized support, amazing things happen.

Every person has inherent worth and deserves the opportunity to live their most independent, fulfilling life. Today, and every day, we stand committed to that belief, and to working alongside the disability community toward a world where everyone belongs. 🌍

Community. Care. Action. 💙

We're honored to support CAP Agency - Community Action Partnership of Scott Carver & Dakota Counties with an initial donation of $5,000 as part of our RCC 5-5-5 Food Drive! With their 6x matching program, that's $30,000 worth of food going directly to families facing SNAP funding challenges in our community.

Our amazing team has already stepped up with additional contributions, and we're extending this drive through November 20th for Give to the Max Day. Together, we're making a real difference for our neighbors in need. When we work together, we can make a powerful impact.

Thank you to our staff, partners, and community for helping us live out our mission every single day. This is what it's all about and we're grateful to give back to the community that gives us so much!

🌟 Every story at RCC starts with family – and grows into a life of independence, belonging, and possibility. Guided by compassion and tenacity, our 24-hour care ensures every person feels at home, surrounded by a dedicated team that listens, adapts, and celebrates their unique strengths and needs. Here, care isn’t just a service – it’s a partnership built on warmth, respect, and a deep belief in every individual’s potential to flourish. Together, we’re helping people be their best, every day.

🏡 What makes a house truly a home? It's the family photos hanging in the hallway, the favorite snacks on the shelf picked out by residents, and the cozy living room where everyone gathers for movie night. It's bedrooms decorated to reflect each person's style, the smell of dinner on the stove, and the sound of laughter during a spirited game night.

Our group homes are not institutional spaces. They're warm, welcoming environments where people build lives, not just receive services. Every detail is shaped with care, compassion, and individuality, because we know people succeed when they feel at home.

Belonging, comfort, and the freedom to be yourself. That's the difference between a house and a home.

💙 Why We Do What We Do: The RCC Difference

At Rudolph Community and Care (RCC), our commitment runs deep, and it's personal. We genuinely care about the work we do because we've seen the difference it makes in the lives of the individuals we support.

Our story began with a shared family passion for foster care, which brought our founders, Mike and his cousin, together to expand RCC in 2011. We recognized a gap in the community and knew there was an opportunity to provide a creative, individualized living environment where people could truly thrive.

That principle is still what drives us today:
✨ We Are Family-Owned: Our decisions are guided by compassion and personal involvement. We're a trusted partner you can rely on.
✨ We Are Tenacious: We don't give up on people. We are known for standing by individuals others may turn away, offering unwavering support through every challenge.
✨ We Are Person-Centered: Every person is unique, and they deserve care that's as unique as they are. We work alongside families and case managers to craft plans that fit the person, not the other way around.

We are committed to fostering greater independence, deeper connection, and a more fulfilling life for individuals with disabilities and complex needs. Together, let's keep building a world where every individual's potential is recognized and nurtured. 🌟
