This month, our team attended Disability Services Day at the Capitol alongside individuals we support and fellow disability service organizations across Minnesota. 🤝

The day provided an opportunity to connect with legislators, share personal experiences, and highlight the importance of strong home and community-based services. Events like this help ensure the voices of people with disabilities, families, and providers are heard where decisions are made.

We are grateful to stand with our community in support of dignity, inclusion, and meaningful opportunities for all. 🧡

Our team had a great time attending the National Therap Conference at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California 🌴

Hosted by Therap Services, the conference featured more than 250 sessions focused on helping providers streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Key topics included documentation improvement, compliance strategies, and the latest updates within the Therap system. Our team participated in hands on training, connected with peers from across the country, and learned directly from Therap experts.

RCC was proud to send six team members representing finance, training, operations, compliance, human resources, and leadership. Investing in cross department learning helps us stay organized, accountable, and focused on delivering high quality, person centered support to the individuals we serve.
