🌹Breathwork & Earth Magic to live in FULL bloom
🪴Enter the Garden👇🏼

02/03/2026

As the seasons shift once again, you don’t need a dramatic reinvention.

You need a conscious crossing.

Imbolc is a quiet but powerful turning point. The return of the light. The first spark of renewal.

And renewal doesn’t happen automatically.

It happens when you decide to participate in it.

When you honestly choose what is aligned to stay.
And are brave enough to release what is ready to go.

When you meet the season with intention instead of autopilot.

Tonight we gather for RETURN — an Imbolc ritual inside The Garden to consciously welcome in the Blossoming Season.

To release the heaviness of winter and thaw your inner freeze.

To step into the next chapter with steadiness, courage, and hope.

The light is returning. Are you ready to meet it?

Comment “RETURN” and I’ll send you the details to join us live tonight or in the replay portal! 🕯️

The light is returning, witches. 🕯️

Imbolc marks the sacred midpoint between winter and spring— a subtle but powerful turning of the Earth and her ever changing seasons.

Not a full bloom or a dramatic reset.

But the first spark of something new all while the snow still falls outside.

A moment to pause, reflect, and consciously choose how you will step into the next chapter.

In this post, I’m sharing the rituals, recipes, and simple practices I’m tending through this Imbolc portal. Like I’m old herself, small but powerful ways to mark the shift and welcome in the Blossoming Season.

Take what resonates. Make them your own.

And if you feel the call to go deeper…

I’m guiding RETURN: An Imbolc Ritual, inside The Garden tomorrow night. 🕯️

This is a space to release the heaviness of winter, reclaim your spark, and welcome what’s next with steady hope, courage, and clarity.

You’ll also receive one month membership inside The Garden.🌹

Comment or DM me “RETURN” to step through this threshold with us. 🌀

And I’d love to hear below how you’ve been honoring Imbolc this year 🕯️❄️🌷🐏

You are not at the mercy of this season.

You are standing at a threshold.

And thresholds are where we decide who we’re becoming.

Imbolc marks the return of the light —
but the real shift happens when you choose to meet it.

What stays?
What goes?
How will you show up?

Imbolc is the first spark of renewal.

Not a full bloom.
Not a dramatic reinvention.

But a steady decision to believe in warmth again.
To believe in new beginnings.
To believe that what’s stirring in you deserves tending.

This ritual isn’t about pretending winter wasn’t hard.

It’s about gathering strength from it.
Releasing the heaviness it revealed.
And choosing hope, even before everything feels easy.

Tuesday night inside The Garden, we gather for RETURN— an Imbolc ritual to consciously welcome and celebrate the Blossoming Season.

If you’re ready to meet this turning as the woman who chooses, not reacts, who finds strength in hard times and walks towards the light with courage and joy…

Winter has a way of convincing us that nothing is happening.

That because we can’t see movement, there isn’t any.

But the Earth never stops working. Roots are strengthening. Seeds are preparing. Light is lengthening — even now.

Imbolc is the threshold— a final moment of pause before Spring. The turning point when we can choose to sty frozen or participate in what’s beginning.

A chance to clear the clutter,
breathe life into the spark within,
and start walking with faith and confidence toward what’s ready to grow…

Without needing to see the full map.

Not by forcing.
Not by rushing.
But by clearing space, trusting that something beautiful is coming to fill it in divine time.

Tuesday night inside The Garden, we gather for RETURN, an Imbolc ritual to mark this quiet but profound shift.

To thaw and reconnect with your inner fire.
To welcome the Blossoming Season with steadiness and clarity.

If you’re ready to rise and meet the light instead of waiting for it…

Comment “RETURN” and I’ll send you the details. 🕯️

You say all this woo-woo nonsense isn’t real but…

The day I did a road opening spell, I was offered the dream job I’d been applying to for 6 months with no reply.

I’ve healed decades of trauma and chronic illness through spiritually guided breathwork and somatic healing.

I accidentally manifested divorce at 25 by praying for my life to change at a cost. The next day, I got an out-of-the blue text asking for a separation, creating a domino effect to my now partner, a new career path, three big moves, my business, and a thriving community.

I very purposely manifested our dream condo in Florida, down to the number of windows, an 11 mile nature trail in our backyard, and the laughably synchronistic events that landed it in our laps with no security deposit.

Every time I’ve launched a new offering and genuinely opened up my heart to spirit as my copilot, I have received the exact number of sign ups I desired or more! Yes, every time.

When I was 20, long before I was spiritual, I stood on a battlefield in Scotland, knowing in my bones that my ancestors fought and died there, but unable to find their name on a plaque. 5 years later, after going down an family tree rabbit hole, I found that our last name had been changed when we emigrated. Our real clan? The largest to fight at the battle of Culloden.

I could write a novel about the insane synchronicities around my move to Florida. Most notably surrounding my grandmother. I’ve had close encounters with red tail hawks (my sign from her) in amounts I’ve never seen before. And came to realize only after I accepted my dream job, that it’s the same museum my grandparents took me to as a child that I loved so much.

And thats just the tip of the iceberg that would fit neatly in a caption.

If you’re ready to reclaim the magic of life both inside and out, stick around. You’re in the right place. 🌹

Got a good synchronicity story? Share it below. I love hearing and celebrating all your woo woo nonsense. 😉

2016

I was 19 and 20.
Still in college. Still growing up, learning who I was and what I wanted to be in this life.

Still smiling in photos through chronic pain and illness.

2016 was the year I lost my best friend to su!c!de.
The year I learned how to keep going while everything inside and around me shattered and rebuilt. The year I mastered survival before I ever learned to thrive.

And it l was also the year I started clawing my way up from the hole I had spent so long in.

I started rock climbing and dove headfirst into a meaningful yoga practice. I started going on longer and harder hikes, learning to challenge my body instead of punishing it. Testing what I was capable of.

I put myself out there socially, even when it scared me. I made healthy female friendships that showed me what safety could feel like.

I reconnected with my love of photography.
I got my hands back in the dirt, working in the community garden, remembering that things grow when they’re tended and that it’s not meant to be done alone

I was still deep in a toxic long-distance relationship that kept me tethered to someone who couldn’t meet me.

But this was the first glimpse of learning to love myself.

Of finding a real, internal confidence that didn’t depend on being chosen.

I was accepted into three study abroad programs and successfully completed the honors program for undergraduate research. All with my own determination and strength.

I didn’t know it then, but my life was already expanding me to be, do, and dream more.

When I look at her now, I don’t feel embarrassment or distance.

I feel tenderness, love, and compassion. And above all, I’m so fu***ng proud of her.

She didn’t know how the story would unfold— only that she had to keep going because there had to be something magical to this life waiting for her.

And she did.
So that this version of me could exist.

Growth doesn’t always look like a glow-up.
Sometimes it looks like staying.
Like building strength and self-trust inside the mess.

I see you, 2016 Gabs.
Thank you for carrying us here baby girl. 🌹💕
