Join us for an afternoon of reflection👁 and caring 🫶 for the parts of ourselves that often get lost in the 🏃🏽‍♀️.

On Sept. 5th at 5:30 pm, we will be hosting collaboration of Healing Sound 🎶 with from & Art-Based Reflection 🎨 facilitated by Kristina from ! This is a donation-based event☺️, but please sign up via eventbrite (link in product details & bio) so we save your space!

We recommend bringing a blanket or yoga mat for this event - this will be an ❄️ indoor event at the SCW office 🛋. See you there!

✨We're very excited to share that we're going to keep our workshops going! ✨

The plan is to host a monthly workshop that integrates a piece of our community 🧘‍♀️ and a therapeutic intervention or skill 🎨. Our goal is to share a glimpse of what we do with everyone, including people who may not be ready for therapy, and increase comfort and understanding in healing spaces. 🥰

💃If you have an offering that would pair well with this concept we'd love to collaborate with you too! 🎼 We're keeping these super affordable or donation-based, it's all about bringing us together and building community! 🌈

Our July workshop will be a combination of yoga, 🧘‍♀️ breathwork, 😮‍💨 and art therapy 🎨tools - stay tuned for the sign up link!

🥳 We're excited to welcome Carrie to our team! 🎉

She's an 🎨Art Therapist🖌who integrates somatic movement work 🧘‍♀️, narrative therapies 📖, and art-based processing into her work with clients.

Carrie is especially skilled in helping people process grief, loss, the unique challenges that caregivers face, and major life changes using a trauma-informed care model; as well as exploring 2SLGBTQIA+and parental identity development and building self esteem through her affirming, grounding approach.

She can work with self pay, sliding scale, Aetna, BCBS, HSA, and FSA options which can be set up by emailing or sending an inquiry through our website. Carrie currently has openings for new clients on Mondays & Fridays both in-person & via telehealth.
